CAN THIS BE TAKEN BY MOUTH?

NO! This is not to be put in your mouth at all. It is only for vaginal use.

HOW MANY SHOULD I USE AT ONCE?

Only one suppository should be used at a time.

HOW DO I USE IT?

You simply use our applicator to insert the suppositories into your vagina, similar to a tampon.

WHAT'S IN THEM?

Boric Acid inside of a Gelatin Capsule.

WHEN SHOULD I USE THE SUPPOSITORY?

We recommend at bedtime to avoid leakage, although if you want to use in the daytime a pad is encouraged.

HOW MANY DO I NEED?

1 Suppository nightly (per 24 hours) for 7 days to get rid of yeast, BV, and or odor. 1 Suppository for a quick refresh.

WHAT'S THE POINT OF THESE?

To create a healthy vaginal environment through PH regulation.

CAN I USE WHILE ON MY PERIOD?

We recommend using after your period is done.

HOW SOON AFTER CAN I HAVE SEX?

You must wait 24 hours after the final suppository is inserted to have any sexual interaction.

MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Vagitaminz offers Shipping Protection, an optional paid service that protects our customers against lost or damaged packages during transit. If an insured package does not reach its destination, or if it is damaged when it’s delivered, then the customer is reimbursed (replacement or refund) after investigation.

To get reimbursed when a package is reported lost or damaged, please email support@vagitaminz.com. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the marked delivery date. You will need to submit the order number, specify which items, and any documentation that may help with your case. 

If your package is not protected with Shipping Protection, Vagitaminz is unable to accept any liability for damage, loss or theft.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When you place your order, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number that allows you to track your package. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or have any other questions regarding shipping, please contact support@vagitaminz.com.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us at support@vagitaminz.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, update and cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated. After a certain stage of order processing, orders can no longer be modified, but we will try our best to assist.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after that includes an order tracking link. If you created an account, you can log into your Vagitaminz account to see your order status and history.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?

Please contact us at support@vagitaminz.com as soon as possible. Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, we can’t promise that updates can be made to your order, but we will do our best to process your request.

Shipping

WHERE DOES VAGITAMINZ SHIP?    

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Rest assured, worldwide shipping will be available soon!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not ship internationally at this time, but please sign-up for our email newsletter to be the first to know when Vagitaminz is available in your country.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

You will be notified of your shipping costs when you get to the online checkout when placing your order. After the shipping address has been entered, the shipping cost will display on the checkout page.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing normally takes 3 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 1:00 pm EST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Billing

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order has been processed. That is to say, expect a charge within 3-5 business days.

CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your billing address after the order has been processed. Rest assured, your order will still arrive at your door.

Subscriptions

Where can I see my subscriptions?

If you have created a Vagitaminz account, you can view your subscription by logging into your account. If you do not have an account, then you can still view, edit and cancel your subscription through the link you receive in each subscription email.

Can I edit my subscription?

Yes, you can turn on specific functionalities, which allows you to edit your subscriptions. You can change your email address, edit your shipping info, change the subscription interval, add/remove products, change the quantity of the products, skip future orders in the subscription and of course pause, resume, cancel and reactivate their subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link you receive in each subscription email OR by logging into your Vagitaminz account. You can also email us at support@vagitaminz.com and we can cancel your subscription for you.

I forgot to cancel my order this month and it already processed - can I cancel it?

We're unable to edit or cancel a subscription order once it has renewed and processed.

If you had an order processed that you weren’t ready for, please email us at support@vagitaminz.com. We can help out with skipping upcoming orders, moving out future order dates, starting a return, or cancelling your subscription if needed.
 

To make sure you aren't charged for orders you aren't ready for, we’ll always send an email 2 days and 1 day before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to make changes to your subscription if needed.

What are my delivery/frequency options?

You can set your subscription to renew every 1 or 2 months. Your subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription, and your order will ship out shortly afterwards!

When is my next subscription order?

Your subscription will automatically renew based on the date you started your subscription and your delivery frequency. We'll remind you via email 2 days and 1 day before your order is set to process so you're aware and can make any changes if necessary.
